To shop with Mane Maven, you need to:  
- Be at least 16 years old;  
- Have a debit or credit card that we accept (see bottom of page for details of current payment providers); and  
- Be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g., it is in your name or you have permission to use it).  

Some of the goods sold through our website(s) may not be suitable for under 18’s.  

Our Privacy Policy sets out how we’ll use your information. If your details change, remember that you need to update My Account so we can continue giving you our best service (you can also update your marketing preferences there).  

Order Placement & Product Price Indication

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you.  
The main characteristics of the products are shown on each product page on manemavenhair.eu. The images and the products offered for sale may not correspond exactly to the true physical product due to the Internet browser, smartphone, or monitor used by the customer.  

From time to time, we may price an item or order wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.  
If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you’ve already paid, we will refund you in full.  
Prices are subject to change due to factors such as currency exchange rate changes, markdowns, and other commercial considerations.  

All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the Netherlands at the time. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.  

Any discount codes issued are subject to the individual terms and conditions with which they were issued. If any of the terms and conditions with which the discount codes were issued contradicts these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions in respect of the discount code will prevail.  

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms, even if your credit or debit card has been charged (and will refund in full any amounts paid by you in respect of the order).  

Please check the final price before placing your order. In the event of an incorrect indication of the product price or calculation of the amount requested at payment by MANE MAVEN, we will reject the order and contact the user to offer them the opportunity to purchase the product(s) at the correct price.  

The purchase price of the product(s) and the cost for their delivery as indicated on the order summary page will be charged to your account at the moment in which your order is shipped.

MANE MAVEN owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights on its website and its content. These rights are protected around the world. All rights are reserved.  
You are allowed to store, print, and display our website content only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the website or its content for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.  

You’re also not permitted to use the MANE MAVEN logo or any MANE MAVEN brand or trademark (or any marks which are colorably similar) without our express permission.  

It’s fine for you to link to www.manemavenhair.eu, as long as you do so in a way that is not-commercial, is fair and legal, and doesn’t damage or take advantage of our reputation.  
Please don’t link in a way that suggests any form of approval or endorsement by MANE MAVEN where none exists.

MANE MAVEN Role & Responsibilities

When you make a purchase at manemavenhair.eu, you are directly purchasing that product for the brand or brands that supply that product. We ensure that every product on our site is tagged with the brand that holds the rights to that product.  
When you complete a purchase on manemavenhair.eu, you enter a contract with MANE MAVEN, which supplies the goods. We provide a platform to sell our branded goods to you, the consumer. We complete a sale and process payments, refunds & shipping. Once we receive your full payment for an order, we will remove your debt obligation to MANE MAVEN for that order.  
Shipping is handled directly by MANE MAVEN.

Ordering Conditions

By clicking on the ‘Confirm and Pay’ button, you enter into an obligation to pay for the product(s).  
Dutch is the language used for the contract with MANE MAVEN and our respective partners, customers, and staff.  
After your order has been placed, we will process your order. You will receive an automatic order confirmation notification from us. This does not constitute acceptance of your order by MANE MAVEN, nor does a contract between MANE MAVEN and the customer exist at this point in time.  
MANE MAVEN's acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to confirm that the order has been dispatched. A contract will come into existence between you and MANE MAVEN. The acceptance email represents an electronic purchase order receipt. After entering into a contract, we are under a legal duty to supply you with goods that are in conformity with the contract.  
MANE MAVEN is not obliged to fulfil an initial order and can reject an order at our discretion.

Gifting Terms & Conditions  

1. Introduction  
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to the MANE MAVEN Birthday Free Gift promotions available from time to time on manemavenhair.eu.  

2. The Gift  
2.1. The gift is as detailed in the promotional advertising.  
2.2. The Gift is exclusive of delivery costs.  
2.3. The Gift is subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the Gift, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift with a gift of equal or greater value.  
2.4. The Gift cannot be exchanged.  
2.5. If any product(s) purchased as part of a qualifying transaction are returned and the transaction falls below the qualifying amount, the customer must return the Gift.  

Mobile Terms of Service  

The MANE MAVEN mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by MANE MAVEN. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time.  

By consenting to MANE MAVEN SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages. Message frequency varies. You are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider.
